HR Manager (m/f/d) Operations
(for several plants in Germany)

Großraum Mönchengladbach

  • Advice and support of specialists and managers of the plants in all personnel-related issues
  • Ensuring of the HR-administration, support and development with the local HR-officers in operational leadership
  • Close coordination with the various company departments and plant management as well as ongoing cooperation with the works councils
  • Preparation and monitoring of collective bargaining policy issues, in particular collective bargaining negotiations
  • Participation in the preparation of the annual personnel budget, personnel reports and statistics as well as their monitoring and maintenance
  • Initiation and participation in various personnel policy projects in the plants in close coordination with the Director Human Resources
  • Collection, coordination and implementation of HR-specific requirements for the design of efficient and business-oriented HR processes, including comprehensive HR processes
  • Involvement in the conception of HR instruments (incl. IT) with regard to the operational characteristics of the Group
  • Completed university studies with a focus on human resources management or commercial vacational training with further training human resources
  • More than five years well-founded professional experience in an operationally oriented HR position in a manufacturing company with broad HR expertise
  • Successful contributing in continuous improvement of relevant strategic HR systems and practices
  • Strong analytical skills for complex planning processes, affinity for numbers and solution orientation
  • Profound knowledge of labour and social security law
  • Operational experience, especially in the fields of time management operations and payroll accounting
  • Sustainable success in constructive cooperation with works councils
  • Team player with high commitment and communication skills as well as "hands-on" mentality
  • Readiness for occasional business trips
  • High level of English skills
